RN Clinical Supervisor (Full-Time)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

​

Landmark Home Health is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering high-quality home health services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. We are hiring an RN Clinical Supervisor for our office located in Sharpsburg- with a possibility of remote days after 6 months. As an RN Clinical Supervisor at Landmark Home Health, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services, supporting healthcare professionals, and delivering high-quality patient care. We require strong clinical and computer skills. Home Health Care experience is required.

We support the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). The PSLF program helps individuals in public service roles alleviate the burden of student loans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

• Managing a team of clinicians

• Reviewing clinical documentation included OASIS Assessments

• Care conferences with staff

• Participate in orientation of new staff and ongoing education

• Complete quality audits

• Participate in On Call schedule

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

​

• Current Pennsylvania Nursing License is required

• Supervisor experience preferred

• Must have one (1) year of current nursing experience preferred

• Must have minimum of 1 year home health experience

• Computer skills

• Valid current driver's license and auto insurance coverage is required

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry and grocery shopping tasks.

• Maintain accurate records of services provided and any changes in clients' condition.

• Up to $1000 sign-on bonus (Full-Time Position)

• New increased wages (up to $17.99 per hour) after successful completion of the 90 day probationary period

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• 6 months of Home care experience is preferred

• Must have reliable transportation and valid current driver's license

• Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality.
